Crystal has over 15 years of non-profit, fundraising, and leadership experience, including working at national non-profit organizations ALSAC/St. Jude and National Stroke Association. Since joining Elmington Elevates in 2018, she has led the organization in growing & diversifying funding, as well as establishing signature fundraising events and impact programs. A Southern California native, Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Communications from California State University, Long Beach. She is also a mother to two daughters’ and is passionate about creating a more equitable world for all children.

Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. Carianne graduated from THE Tennessee State University in 2018 with a B.S. in Family and Consumer Science with a concentration in Child Development and Family Relations. When asked to describe herself she says, "I’m a God-fearing woman who loves to laugh and have fun. I have a passion to work with the youth and believe that is my sole purpose for being here. I love gardening, painting, music, and hanging with family & friends." Carianne believes that educators make a lasting impact in the lives of the children they meet.

Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Rayvagun has dedicated over 10 years to working with children. Her passion lies in creating meaningful experiences that nurture their growth and development. She brings over 15 years of management experience across diverse industries like property management and hospitality, ensuring efficient and positive environments. Outside of work, Rayvaughn enjoys a good puzzle or getting lost in a captivating book. She feels inspired and guided by this quote, “Children are not a distraction from more important work. They are the most important work" (attributed to C.S. Lewis). This philosophy perfectly aligns with her approach to working with children.
